1. OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU
Our agreement with you sets out what you are legally entitled to expect from and obligations to us.
We sell products and services as an agent. You should make sure that you understand the terms
and conditions which apply to your arrangements.
2. YOUR TRAVEL BOOKING

When you make a booking, you agree that you have read and accepted Divine Travel Experience
Travel terms and conditions and the relevant conditions, and any terms and conditions imposed
by Third Party Suppliers.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents are correct and to bring
errors or discrepancies within 24 hours after receiving booking confirmation.

When making a booking on behalf of someone, you warrant that you have the authority to accept
and have read the Terms and Conditions on behalf of that person and agree to be bound by
Divine Travel Experience terms and conditions and the relevant Third-Party Suppliers’ terms
and conditions.

Divine Travel Experience role is to assist you to plan your travel arrangements, facilitate
your bookings, provide advice, prepare to issue your travel documents, arrangements, payments
and refunds where applicable.
3. DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Deposits are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables Divine Travel Experience to hold
a reservation for you.

Full payment of all travel packages should be paid 30 days before the agreed travel date.
4. DOCUMENTATION

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your travel documents are in order.

Document names in your travel documents must be the same as they appear in the traveller’s passport.
5. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to change your booking and such a change is permitted and possible, Divine Travel
Experience will not charge you a service fee to process the change however, you may be charged
a service fee by your Third-Party Supplier. Please note that all reservation changes are subject
to availability and the terms and conditions of the product or service purchased.

Changes to name details are not allowed by many airlines and other service providers. Whilst we
will do our best to make such a change, if necessary, please bear in mind that most airlines and
other service providers treat a name change as cancellation to which standard conditions and
charges would apply.

Flights must be taken in the sequence that they appear on your ticket or e-ticket confirmation.
If you plan not to take flight booked for any reason please contact the airline in advance as
soon as possible to discuss your options. If you do not do the aforesaid or check in on time for
a confirmed reservation the airline may register you as a no-show, which could result in extra
charges and/or your whole flight itinerary being cancelled and/or render your ticket void.
6. IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING

If you cancel your booking, the cancellation terms and conditions of your Third-Party Suppliers
will apply as well as Divine Travel Experience’s fees outlined as discussed during the booking process.

Cancelling less than 90 days prior to travel date – transfer payments to a future trip of your choice.

Cancelling less than 60 days prior to travel date – transfer 40% of the value of the trip to a future trip of your choice.

Cancelling 30 days or less prior to travel date – cancellation fee is equivalent to the full booking value
therefore, refund will not be applicable. Alternatively, you are welcome to find a replacement.

Refunds will only be paid to you once we receive the funds back from Third Party suppliers.
Flight tickets are not refundable, and the airlines terms and conditions will apply.
7. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you take
adequate insurance arrangements for the duration of your journey.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Definition of Force Majeure: Neither Divine Travel Experience (Pty) Ltd ("the Travel Agency")
nor the Client shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under
this Agreement if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control,
including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations
or restrictions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, labour disputes, airline or transportation
disruptions, supplier failures, or any other unforeseeable events that render performance impossible
or impracticable ("Force Majeure Event").
8.1 Consequences of Force Majeure
If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the affected Party shall notify the other Party in writing as soon
as reasonably practicable, specifying the nature of the event and its expected impact on the performance
of obligations under this Agreement.
During the period of a Force Majeure Event, the affected Party shall be excused from performance to the
extent affected and shall use all reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume full performance
as soon as possible.
If the Force Majeure Event continues for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, either Party may terminate
this Agreement by providing written notice to the other Party. In such cases, any amounts due for services
already rendered shall remain payable.
Deposits, Refunds, and Liability
All deposits paid to Divine Travel Experience (Pty) Ltd are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances,
including in the event of a Force Majeure Event. The Client acknowledges and agrees that deposits secure
travel arrangements and administrative costs, and therefore cannot be reclaimed.
In the event that a Force Majeure Event results in the cancellation or modification of travel services,
Divine Travel Experience (Pty) Ltd shall make reasonable efforts to secure refunds or alternative
arrangements from suppliers. However, the Travel Agency shall not be liable for any costs, losses,
or damages incurred by the Client because of the Force Majeure Event.
Any refunds or rebookings shall be subject to the policies of third-party suppliers, including airlines,
hotels, and tour operators. Divine Travel Experience (Pty) Ltd shall not be responsible for any refusal
or delays by third-party suppliers in processing refunds or rebooking requests.
The Client acknowledges that travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen events, and
Divine Travel Experience (Pty) Ltd shall not be responsible for losses not covered by such insurance.
Application of Clause
This Force Majeure Clause shall apply to all bookings and services provided by Divine Travel Experience
(Pty) Ltd and shall take precedence over any conflicting terms in this Agreement.
